Our Videos!
(no, you still can't download them)

I can tell you're disappointed. You come to a web page that describes itself as the home base of a group of Anime Music Video creators, and find that there are no AMVs to be downloaded. Your disappointment is understandable, but the simple fact of the matter is that this is little more than a general information page for anyone interested in finding out exactly what this "Artificial Suns" is, a listing of our members (all both of them) and a list of works with the infamous "AS" logo affixed. The web space is being donated to me by TJ (of ryo-oh-ki.net) so I am hardly in any position to complain, and he simply hasn't the space to host the 1 ½ gig necessary to hold the collected works of Artificial Suns. (I store at VERY high resolution) What follows is a listing of the Artificial Suns AMVs, commentary, limited technical descriptions, items to watch for, and personal opinions on the work itself. This is mostly geared towards those who have already seen the videos and are interested in the source material, how certain effects were accomplished, motivation behind certain choices, rants on unsuccessfully attempted effects, and advice to those who may want to try something similar. The videos themselves do exist online, but are stored on another private server that cannot afford much traffic. If you want to hunt them down, e-mail me at gte106k@prism.gatech.edu and we'll see what can be worked out.
